Biased and article filled with hatred
Author forgets that his ancestors were all from ezhavas or other back-wards and he is dis-respecting Narayana guru's disciples. Narayana guru was a great saint , more saintly that the white 'god' jesus.
Powathil should have been arrested and he shouldn't be called a 'pithaav'. he is a terrorist. and the author has full hatred for his ancestor religion , which is hinduism. There is religious bias in this article. Author is discriminatory just like some of our frock wearing pathiris dreaming of aparthied.
Judges are biased towards Najeem and discriminatory against others who dont have any infleunce. And even there is minority appeasement here as we see in other areas. ടെലിവിഷന് വിഡ്ഡിപ്പെട്ടി എന്നൊക്കെ പറയുന്നത് എന്നോ കാലഹരണപ്പെട്ട പ്രയോഗമാണ്. റിമോട്ട് കയ്യിലിരിക്കുമ്പോള് ഒരാള്ക്ക് സ്വയം വിഡ്ഡിയാകാം. അതിന് ടിവിയെന്തുപിഴച്ചു? ഇന്റെര്നെറ്റ് എന്നുപറഞ്ഞാല് സെക്സ് എന്ന് അഭിപ്രായപ്പെടുമ്പോലെ ബാലിശമാണീ പ്രയോഗങ്ങള്.
കല ഏതുതരമായാലും അതിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള വിലയിരുത്തല് ആപേക്ഷികമാണ്. താങ്കളുടെ കാഴ്ച്ചപ്പാടില് മറ്റുള്ളവര് കാണണമെന്നില്ല. റിയാലിറ്റി ഷോകള് കഴിവിനൊപ്പം ഭാഗ്യവും കൂടി പരീക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. ഒരു ചാനലിന്റെ കച്ചവടതാത്പര്യം അതിന്റെ പ്രേക്ഷകരെ പിടിച്ചിരുത്തുക മാത്രമായിരിക്കും. അതിനപ്പുറം സ്ഥാപിത താത്പര്യമൊന്നും ഉണ്ടാകാറില്ല.

My comments on the responses
The responses on this article makes me to respond towards some of it with my comments.
1. Some of the respindents here are to stil understand that this is not just a blog where they can write any thing, this magazine is read by thousands of Malayalees across the world and keep it decent. I strongly felt bad about Mr. Naveen from Bangalore's comments which hurt me and my family as readers of this magazine. Naveen can really critize and share his views about the article and the program. If some one wants decides write badly, they can write it to the personal email of the writer or the editor. As Mr. Unni from Singapore said we Malayalees have to keep our dignity and decency of this site
2. Don't take it as a religious attitude. This is the problem in our country, actually created by our politicians. If you try to think that this is religious affinity towards any singer, it will create chaos across our journalism and literature. Just names doesn't carry any religion. After all we don't know the religion of the writer. As Binu and Pathmaja were mentioning,we should not at any point have such a thought of religious bias while reading it.
3. Lastly after saying this much, I think I should comment on the article. I felt the writer is partial towards the singer. But I think he takes him who was no.1 as an example to discuss the partiality in promoting the undeserved candidates and talking about the ethics of commercialism or the impact of globalization in art and literature.
