For finding this fact don't go for a complicated and tiring survey. Just consider your (Christian managed) college or school that you studied.
Try to make a rough calculation of the Christians and non-Christian staffs. I'm sure that more than 90% are Christian staff and majority of them were paid huge amount for their job.

കേരളം ഹിന്ദു രാജ്യമായിരുന്നു എന്നു സ്ഥാപിക്കാന്‍ എനിക്കും താല്‍പര്യമില്ല്ല. പക്ഷെ താങ്കളുടെ നിര്‍വചനം വെച്ചു പറയുമ്പോള്‍, റഷ്യയും ചൈനയും ഒന്നും കമ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ രാജ്യങ്ങളായിരുന്നു എന്നു പറയാനും പറ്റില്ല. ചരിത്രത്തില്‍ എത്ര കാലം നിലനിന്നാല്‍ ഒരു വിശേഷണം നല്‍കാം എന്നതില്‍ ഒരു തീരുമാനം ആയിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍ നന്നായിരുന്നു.

ആദിമ ക്രിസ്ത്യാനികളെപ്പറ്റി പറഞ്ഞത്‌ ശരിയാണെന്നു തോന്നുന്നില്ല. തോമാസ്ലീഹാ വന്നു എന്നു തന്നെയാണോ താങ്കള്‍ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നത്‌? ക്രിസ്ത്യാനികളെപ്പറ്റി സൂചന തുടങ്ങുന്നത്‌ 3-4 നൂറ്റാണ്ട്‌ മുതലാണ്‌. അല്‍പം മുന്‍പ്‌ തന്നെ ഹിന്ദുമതം ഇവിടെ എത്തിയെന്നാണ്‌ ഞാന്‍ മനസ്സിലാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്‌.

ചരിത്രത്തിന് ഒരു വിലയുമില്ലേചരിത്രത്തിന് കുറച്ചു കൂടി ബഹുമാനം കൊടുക്കുന്നത് നന്നായിരിക്കും. കേരളം ഒരു ഹിന്ദു രാജ്യം അല്ലായിരുന്നു. മറ്റു മതങ്ങളെ ആശ്ലേഷിച്ചത് പോലെ കേരളം ഹിന്ദു മതത്തിനും വേരുരപ്പിക്കാന്‍ സ്ഥലം കൊടുത്തതാണ്. ദൈവമില്ലാത്ത ബുദ്ധനെ ശബരിമല ശാസതാവാക്കിയതും, മഹാബലിയെ ആര്യ ചരിത്രങ്ങലോടു ബന്ധിപ്പിച്ച്ചതും, നൂറു കണക്കിന് ഗോത്ര ദൈവങ്ങളെ കാളിയും ശിവനും ആണ് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു കേരളിയരെ വഞ്ചിച്ച്ചതും ഒക്കെ ഇതില്‍ പെടും. ഹിന്ദു മതം എന്ന ആര്യ സൃഷ്ടിയില്‍ അടിയാളനായി കഴിയാനാണ് ദ്രാവിഡ കേരളത്തിന്റെ വിധി. ഹിന്ദു മതം കേരളത്തില്‍ വരുന്നതിനു മുന്പ് ആദിമ ക്രിസ്ത്യാനികള്‍ അവിടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഇതൊക്കെ മനസിലാക്കാന്‍ ചരിത്രം വായിച്ചാല്‍ മതി.

Idea of AsianetI am sure there is interest of jury and channel to promote some singer like Vijay. I don't think anything relegious about this. Personaly I feel that Vijay was worst than Najim. However everybody has to understand that bottom line is channel interest. This is a business for them. The program that we are watching is fully under the control of program producer and the pre planned script. Participants, parent and judjes are just acting for that script including the emotional scenes in elimination round. Keep in mind that the talented singer will not be selected at the end of the program.
If all the people stop SMS to this program, tomorrow Asianet will wind up this program. We people have to discuss about where is the money they are collecting through SMS. This money they are using to provide "Flat" and expense for the program. Then why they are advertising that "IDEA" Star singer. This is completely a people sponsored program not by IDEA or "CONFIDENT". What a fantastic idea by Asianet and IDEA to use people pocket even without knowing them!!!!

I don't understand why the victim's sister is saying that she would have killed her sister if she had a knife. Did the little girl do something wrong? A rape victim is not a "lost case". Life doesn't end just because a woman is raped. I think that is what women in Kerala need to hear. The fear of rape is keeping women locked in their homes and (conveniently for men) out of the public sphere. Statistics say that in the US, 1 in 3 women have been sexually assaulted at some point in their lives. But that's not keeping anyone at home cowering in fear. Women live, work, and move around in every corner of society, at all times of the day. A rape victim doesn't commit suicide or live out their life in self pity. Indians need to lose the age-old, idiotic idea that a woman's virginity is a prized possession. It's a ploy to keep women from being active participants in society. If you look at pictures of a kerala political rally, an ulsavam, or any public gathering place, you will wonder if there are no women left in the place. They're hiding at home, afraid to go buy their own groceries, for fear that they will be "violated".

I know that the writer is sincere, but such pieces only stoke more fear among women, helping to continue this vicious cycle.
