It's to be noted that the so called IT giants in India are torturing their employees with their HR policies...Employees are forced,Working Overtime,Working under pressure/tension...

Recently Wipro started filing suites for 10000 USDs in India against their employees who has quit the company in US.So these companies are exploitting their employees and even threatening with suites in Court for not paying some huge amounts.Remember that employees have to surrender their fundamental rights too to work in these companies.
