I think, Rakesh and tinu has a point.. Even communist are not able to freely marry from outside their community.
SO that means , how bad the situation is. SO it is all the more important to teach it text book. So that tomorrow more and more people are encouraged to marry out of their cast and community. A very good point in support of the text book :-))
