Dear Prasannakumar,
I respect your freedom for expression and understand the sparks of fire and fume in your fanatic mind that made you to pen such a meaningless, inutile criticism, yet conveying the barren and damnable mentality of your mind.
I clearly realise from your words that you neither stand for social reformation nor for the welfare and peaceful life of people, but apart, speak up on behalf of a stone-age-old as well as outdated religion, Hinduism. Also you have proved that you are equally ignorant of politics and communism.
Considering your research and hard work behind the article, on behalf of the writers in India, I would like to crown you 'The Nonsensical Writer Of The Year'. And also I humbly request to give eternal rest to your pen, not to make the readers aware of your stupidity and make them all the more furious on you.
Dear friend, before criticizing anything you need to know the matter bottom deep. For example, The passage from Luke 19:27, if you had read the words properly you could have understood that these are not the words of Jesus Christ, but the king in the parable is uttering the mentioned words. Understand things according to situations and circumstances and you may not repeat idiotic errors like this.
Sexuality could be traced from every art and literature forms thus from scriptures too. But scriptures should not be read with the same mind of reading a pornography book. And here revealed the mistake you happened to commit in the article.
If you still stick to your arguments, I challenge you, would you be able to show me any passage in Ramayana or Bhagavat Gita which has no sexual narrations. You will see weired sex in Hindu scriptures, like Indra cheating Ahalya's husband and going to her at Midnight, whatever be the interpretations you give to it.
So, let the scriptures go it's way. I do not say that religious scriptures are ultimate and error free. But criticising them will hurt the feelings of majority of believers. Whatever it be we need to admit that these religions and scriptures have been playing major roles in making the world a peaceful one for centuries.
