The so called Media who are supposed to safe guard the cause of society impose the views of their management by distorting news or not giving news which they dislike or blowing up the news which they like. You can make any insiginificant news as significant by by treating the News reports with cocktail party. Now the most corrupted people are not Govt. employees but Private employees. (Corruption is almost zero in Central Govt. offices). Give bribe to Insurance Inspector of private company, you can get more amount from company as compension. Some of your gadget is damaged due to your mistake. Give bribe to the inspector, you will get it replaced.
