The workshop conducted by Lana was boring and dull. Dr. V Rajakrishnan thought the American Malayalee writers do not know anything and he was wasting his time. The American Malayalee writers with their usual adoration and admiration to the writers from Kerala bowed their head in front of V Rajakrishan and Rajakrishnan put his feet on their head like Vamanan. Shame on V Rajakrishnan. If he is a big shot why the hell he came here to talk to the ignorant American Malayalee writers. Lana must have learnt a lesson not to sponsor anyone from Kerala any more. Poor Peter Neendoor who probabaly anticipated a best presention by VR on creative criticism. V Rajakrishan belongs to the highly intellectual group and he should not have come or Lana should not have called him. His visit was like a Namboothiri visiting a pulaya kudil without realizing it till he reached there and was feeling uncomfortable to sit or eat or to get out. ha..ha... (I think VR is also a brahmin)
However, Peter Neendoor and Lana deserves a pat on their back for their tireless effort to make the workshop a success. But alas!
