Co education, and mixing up of girls and boys to take out the lust and perversion mentality is really needed. Look at the developed coutries-no harrassment or rape-because enough mngling of males and females happen there all. Also a self disciplined society - the punishment is harsh on any case. Same be followed in India - it will better in all these aspects. But i feel, our system of politicians and orthodox perception won"t be ready for that. Come on India.
