Great Madhavikkutty

Great MadhavikkuttyWas Madhavikkutty aka Kamala Surayya aka Kamala Das such a great writer.I do not think so.Some are born great ,some are greatness thrust upon them.I think Madhavikkutty belongs to the latter category.I read some of her works.To me they are mediocre works that will not survive this gemeration.I am still wondering why she is getting so much fame ,probably she is daughter of Poetess Balamaniamma.I have no opinion about her conversion to Islam,that is purely her personal choice.
