It's completely politiced. If Gov't could remove politics from schools, then i am sure 80% of kerala students will be Gov't school only. This will lead surely managemet school not to take capitation fee. In this compepetetive world, students should be actively trained.modern technological awareness is a must. Good frienship is necessary. do you think Gov't can offer these.
