I am very disappointed in your editorial about Hugo Chavez. You know very little about Venezuela. It's a very poor country with very poor infrastructure and wealth being concentrated in the hands of very few. It's oil resources are huge (more than Saudi Arabia)and the income from oil is used to build the government and the key supporters of Chavez, not to the best interest of the country or their people.
About India, Gandhiji never opposed foreign investment. If he did, that's because of the condition that India faced in 40s. India's growth today is the result of foreign investment and technology develped as a result of global exposure.
